ability is only an indication of what your ability could be if you had a crew of 100% experts, not what your actual ability really is. Your actual ability, or "True Ability" will
be calculated for you by this tool. Your "Crew Efficiency" is an indication of how well your crew is performing on this sailor. To make things easier, if you enter
the phrase "Max" into the Recruits box, the calculator will automatically max out your recruits.
